Catwalk Killer

It’s the day before the semi-annual New York-to-London-to-Milan to Paris fashion circuit. Fashion writer Bonnie Nash is glued to her desk at Chic Chick magazine headquarters in New York answering dozens of invitations.

In the next 25 days, she’s scheduled to attend 175 shows in four cities on two continents. But this season’s circuit will be like none other.

As the first book in the Who-done-it, Who-Wore-It murder mystery series opens, Bonnie answers a routine phone call. What follows is a string of events that catapult her into a front row seat to a grisly murder.

As he takes his final bows, a steamy hot fashion designer is struck down right in the middle of the runway in New York’s Bryant Park. It falls to Bonnie — aka Nancy Drew in Manolo Blahniks — to find the killer.

Luckily, she has help from her fashion pals: Rita, a stunning African American former model; and Johnny, a newspaper reporter who gives new meaning to the term “gay pride.” And just when it seems matters couldn’t get more complicated, here comes Lorenzo Maffei, yummy love interest and international man of intrigue.

The stylish sleuths trail the killer from one fashion capital to the next. Will they discover the identity of the assassin before another designer’s life is lost?

Catwalk Killer follows the team as they pursue the suspect. But don’t worry, they also find plenty of time for shopping and romance.
